I uploaded a 4 round, 4 section tournament today (2/28) with myself as Chief, an assistant chief and one TD as section chief and a fourth TD as asst section chief
The section TDs do not show up on the rating report.
Is this intended in MUIR? A glitch? Did I do it incorrectly? These section TD positions are to give recognized credit to TDs seeking advancement.
I’m not sure what went wrong or how to trace it, but looking at the event in the MUIR database the only TDs I see listed are the two overall TDs.
Were all the TDs in the upload file or did you enter some of them online?

I’ll have to report this to the developers. Not sure it’s related, but the scroll bar is missing on the overall TD entry page today, too, making it harder to add assistant roles. Section TD page seems OK, at least it has a scroll bar.
Should I send a correction to ratingsmgr@USChess requesting the TD additions? Or hold on for now?
You can send it now, but I don’t know when the office will get to it, I don’t know their backlog.
I’ve noticed that the upload file does not always pull everything in. I always double check the sections after the upload and enter any TDs that did not make it through.
As a workaround on the scroll bar issue, you can tab down to the assistant TD fields.

This is the first time I noticed section TDs missing. I’ll check from now on.
Since the inception of MUIR four months ago, the section TD information from SwissSys uploads have NEVER been posted to MUIR. I have verified that is actually listed for each section in the TSEXPORT.DBF file created by SwissSys.
I have reported this several times since MUIR came online.
So, every single week since MUIR came online, I have had to enter this information manually for 6-8 tournaments each week several sections in each tournament.
Send me a set of files for an event you have uploaded but not yet corrected, so I can document this for the developers and they can add that set of files to their test suite.
