Who to contact about rating problem?

Who would I contact at USCF about a rating problem? I already used the “contact” link here on the web site, but it’s been a couple of days with no response. Also, I have an email conversation with the TD that I’d like to forward along to whoever would deal with it at USCF.

The ‘contact’ link should get to Walter Brown and/or Chuck Lovingood, the USCF’s ratings department staff.

Replies can sometimes take several working days, especially if it involves checking with the IT staff or the USCF Ratings Committee.

And occasionally email gets lost, you could send a polite follow up note.

It sounds like the conversation with a TD is a separate matter.
