If credit is given for watching the workshop, there might be a formal way for credit to be given rather than viewing it on your own. But that is just a guess.
The office has a spreadsheet of who was on the call. Later viewing would not be on the spreadsheet. It would also be hard to verify that somebody actually watched the entire video,
