Yes. It is scheduled for Monday in the pre-tournament week of on-line meetings.

Davpell…Is there an early registration required for the July 13 TDAC Workshop and is there a meeting number for Zoom Workplace?

PS Dave, thanks for the reminder that I should register for it. That avoids the office having to ask a presenter to register.

I went to the link and clicked on it. It lead me to being able to join the TDAC group meeting. However, if there is a preregistration process to go through, I don’t see one. It just lets me join the meeting area early.

I went to the link. However, the link lets me join a meeting and waits for the Host to start the meeting. I don’t get to register for anything. I received no email saying that I have registered. I tried to do all this through Zoom Workplace. I also don’t know what the meeting ID is.
Strange. The link takes me to a registration page.
(I can’t “attend” since our club meets on Monday nights and we have a simul with a NM that night. I’m doing a couple other online workshops later in the week, however.)

Well, it us almost Monday 7pm when the TDAC meeting is supposed to occur through Zoom Workplace. I did register early for the meeting. Is there anything to know about how to access the presentation by Zoom Workplace when trying to actually join the 7pm meeting at 6:55pm? Or do we have to wait till 7pm to join? Furthermore, will we need to enter in the meeting code again to view the presentation? What all is involved with connecting to the meeting? I have this meeting shown in my Caledar App for some reason. I did not add the calendar event myself. It was recorded automatically.
People can sign on early but they will not actually be let in until about 7 PM. The host and co-host will likely be signing on early and handling some technical stuff before it is opened to everybody.
If I am not able to view the workshop tonight at 7pm EST, do I need to unregister from the TDAC meeting?
You can simply register again and get another e-mail with the link.
