Hey, my students and their parents are asking me if there is a way to receive emails for rating changes, like they used to under the old system. They have not been receiving them since we’ve moved over. Is this available already somehow, is it in the cards, or is this something not available for the moment?
The post-tournament emails and the milestones emails are on the to-do list, I don’t know how soon they’ll resume. We’ve received a lot of inquiries about them. That one’s a bit intricate because you have to build a whole e-mail structure to deal with bounces, unsubscribe links, etc to comply with the CAN-SPAM act.
