I’ve been having a lot of issues lately with MUIR. Searching for players takes a long time if it happens. Also, my SwissSys 11 no longer can find players via Online Search during section registration.
Is anyone else having issues similar to this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To add clarification, searching by ID number in MUIR seems to come back quickly. Searching by name in MUIR spins indefinitely.
SwissSys 11 gives a “No online USCF player matches your Search criteria” message.

I just tried a search on ‘bob smith’ and it is returning results but VERY slowly. Then I tried a search on my ID and that took a long time too.
I have reported this to the developers. Nick is looking into it.
ratings-support@uschess.org is still the preferred means of reporting issues, that goes to several people, including me.
I don’t know if SwissSys has implemented the 2.0 API stuff yet for real-time membership checking, or if that’s affected by whatever is going on. 11.80.4 appears to be the latest release, but it isn’t timestamped.
Searches are running faster now, will keep monitoring it to see if that remains the case.
Are there still issues with this? I created a membership for someone today, but can’t find him when searching so I don’t know what his member number is.
Searches look OK, this appears to be the failure-to-sync issue. Email or DM me the information and I’ll see what I can find in the back end.
FWIW, if a membership does not have a valid birthdate and gender coding, it will not sync to MUIR. In theory CIVI-CRM is supposed to reject a membership transaction if those conditions are not met.
