For kicks, I checked everyone who was at the Masters using the tool, and all of the floor TDs show “Submitted Online” - but the people who actually might have submitted online (Grant or maybe Ali) do not show that in their records.
Might be a display issue, what’s the event ID, I can see what’s stored in the tables.

I think people are talking about the TD Experience search where it shows who submitted an event online. I’d guess that Grant Oen submitted this event online, but it doesn’t show that on his TD Experience report.
That was intended as a stopgap measure and it could still have bugs in it. (It also hasn’t been updated in several weeks because there’s no way to access the MUIR database from the legacy servers and updates have to be done manually.)
This is what MUIR has as the list of TD for the event. (The uploader and submitter are in a different table.) NULL means ‘tournament’ level vs a specific section.
I think I fixed the issue with everybody showing ‘submitted online’ for MUIR events on the legacy TD experience tool and I refreshed the MUIR events it had access to. See if it looks better now.

Do the director titles show up anywhere on MUIR? I looked and couldn’t find them.
No, MUIR doesn’t have them yet, that’s being worked on.
The legacy server still has up-to-date membership and TD certification information, and this link should still work to search for TDs by state, but the TD history is not complete on it, the TD Experience form has MUIR events but they’re not updated in real time, I have to transfer them manually and I will probably only do that about once a week.
However, the goal is to phase out the legacy servers some time this year, and that would be a significant savings on server costs.

Hi Nolan. Could you please kindly help me check the listings of Chief TDs and Chief Assistant TDs of each section in event 202604110863 ? Chief Assistant TDs are missing from the section display. We wonder whether it was a display issue, or, it is actually missing from the database. Thank you.

So for each section, correction from None Assistant of a section to Chief Assistant of the section could be only done through email request? or is it possible on MUIR portal?
Currently corrections can only be done by the ratings staff at the office.
This remains a terrible plan, particularly for corrections such as the affiliate ID which don’t impact ratings.
I don’t disagree with you, and there are plans to let the TD who entered the event make corrections as well, though those corrections will have to be reviewed by staff before they can be posted.
Currently any change to the data for an event, even changes that don’t affect ratings like the list of TDs or the event name, have to go through the full correction process. An item on the future project list is an interface to be able to update data that is not ratings-related without cloning the event. Giving this capability to the TD or affiliate managers might be a bit trickier than giving them the ability to make a full-blown correction, which starts with cloning the event, so there’s a way to compare the two events to see what changed.
Sadly, the reason for requiring staff approval is to prevent mischief. (A TD once put in an event with an event name like “Joe Sucks”, that would be unseemly.)

Yes, and there have been cases of events where the staff asked the TD to submit a less disreputable name for their event.
