Tournament Submission Errors

Screenshot 2025-11-18 055051 I’ve been trying to submit tournaments for the past two weeks with no luck. I have emailed the Safe Play admin and they have confirmed I have completed the trainings 2 months ago and am good until 2026. Is there anyway to override this error ? It’s the only thing keeping me from submitting events. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Try ratings-support@uschess.org and supply the event names.

Thank you so much for responding and the email recommendation. Ive emailed them 3 times no response but I was able to submit them,it worked after I posted so thats great. But now my tournaments are in queue Ive seen other members mention this is there a solution for the tournaments being in queue?

The in queue thing appears to be an issue with rating events once they’ve cleared all the hurdles. I assume they’re working on that, I’ve asked for a status update.
