If you look at an individual’s rating page, you’ll notice there’s a blank icon where a profile picture would go. Are we going to get access to that feature eventually?

Maybe in the next year or so?
MUIR logins were initially only for TDs, but that was recently opened up to non-TDs because some features are coming that non-TDs will be able to use.
The goal eventually is to offer some user profile capabilities on MUIR, uploading a picture will probably be one of them, possibly from the member dashboard. But I don’t have a timeline for that. (As with any external link or uploaded information, reasonable security precautions will be needed to make sure no malware or objectional material can be posted.)
Some gamification features like badges are probably coming too. (I’ve been advocating having badges for Experts, NMs and OLMs for what seems like years.)
