Seven of my January 3 tournament players are not populating the rating report crosstable for event 202601030433. All of them have joined or renewed in the past few days. All of their memberships are shown as current in the search player window, but are described as “Not Found” on the crosstable (i.e., “Games” page)..
Have you tried bring them up and clicking the house player button twice, once to turn it on and a second time to turn it off?

This works, but will the system eventually work without having to do this?
We’re still working to track down why some transfers are failing, so I hope we can get the failure rate down.
