Trying to submit a rating report. 2025 Michigan Action: Event ID 202512060853. The following players are shown as Member Not Found. I tried running the Manual Membership Sync and they all show up in the MUIR system. Is this something where I just need to wait for the system to sync? What should I do?
Either try hitting refresh in the player edit box or try setting house player on and then off again.
Thanks - the toggling of house player button seemed to correct the issue with these players. The event is now rated.
Did you try hitting the refresh button first, because if that’s not always working that needs to be reported.
Hitting just the refresh button did not seem to work. I had to use the house player toggle to get them to update.

I’m running into the same issue. If I chose house player, will I be able to go back later and update the player after it’s submitted?
Never mind. The manual sync just worked. Didn’t work last night but did just now.
The idea was to turn house player on and off just to also force a (possibly different?) sync.
I don’t have access to the code (and I’m unfamiliar with that webhook interface so it might take a while to figure out what it’s doing) so I can’t say for sure, but I think both pulls would use the same webhook. That doesn’t explain why sometimes the refresh button doesn’t work when the house player on/off thing does. Probably some piddly little nuance (The thing about webhooks is they’re REALLY fussy to set up.)
