For players who opt in, FIDE tournament results from events played outside the USCF normally appear in the USCF rating system after about a one‑month delay. However, under the new MUIR system, the October FIDE results never appeared after 3 months, and no non‑USCF FIDE events played since October have shown up in MUIR either.
