Our scholastic affiliate is running a tournament this coming Saturday and we’ve got 10+ JTP kids playing. Added new accounts but they don’t show up in MUIR even though they are showing up when searching using the civicrm. Will inform Membership about this, but wanted to put a comment on here in case any other TD has rated a tournament already with JTP’s since the switch to MUIR and can let me know how that went.
We’re making progress on getting records pushed from the membership system to MUIR, but I don’t think we’re fully there yet. JTP players may require different handling because they are not yet dues paying members so there is no expiration date in their record but setting it to JTP is supposed to waive the membership requirement. (It does do a birthdate check to make sure they’re in the appropriate age range for a JTP event.)
I’m assuming you’re putting the IDs in upload files for your event. If they come up not found on MUIR, what has been working for me is to go into the event, bring up that player, click on ‘house player’ then turn house player off again. This forces a pull from the membership system.
