I processed two new memberships through my affiliate yesterday. It’s been over 24 hours, but they are not showing up in MUIR yet. How long should we expect to wait for new members to show up?
Try going in to your event, find the player, click on ‘house player’ then click again to turn it off.
This - house on/off - worked for me yesterday as another example.
IMHO a re-validate SHOULD deal with this, I’ve filed another ticket on it.
In this case the event hasn’t happened yet. I’m just trying to use MUIR to validate IDs. I know they’re valid since I registered them, but I have tournament management code trying to validate them, but it doesn’t work for these IDs since they haven’t shown up.
One thing we discovered last week is that if you do not enter a gender code or a birthdate, it WILL NOT transfer to MUIR!
Several ideas are under consideration for how to deal with this, the birthdate issue is probably the harder one to do because it will require significant reworking of both the online membership process and the batch membership process.
If you are a TD, PLEASE collect all the information we need:
Full Name
Member ID (for renewals)
Gender
Birthdate
Mailing Address
An Email address would be nice to but is still optional, though a member must have an email address (and a unique one) to use the member dashboard area.
FWIW, in my case, I did collect all of this info. I assume I put it all in, but I’m not sure if I can go back and see.

You don’t need mailing address, at least not through the normal pathway for an individual TD “process membership.”
I have verified that these IDS are in the membership system, they appear to have valid memberships, gender coding and birthdates, but I cannot get them to transfer to MUIR, so I have filed a ticket on them.
They’re showing up on MUIR now, try revalidating your event. If that doesn’t pick them up, try the house member trick.
